Anchor ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Anchor mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the App.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

Anchor does not require account creation, login, or registration. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information.

1.2 Task and Calendar Data

All tasks, projects, time blocks, and calendar data you create in Anchor are stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data is never transmitted to our servers or any third party.

1.3 Calendar and Reminders Access

If you enable Calendar or Reminders sync, Anchor accesses your Apple Calendar and Apple Reminders data using Apple's EventKit framework. This data is processed entirely on your device and is never sent to external servers.

1.4 Anonymous Usage Analytics

We use PostHog (hosted in the European Union) to collect anonymous usage analytics. These analytics help us understand how the App is used and improve the experience. The data collected includes:

• App launch events (app version, device type)
• Feature usage events (e.g., task created, task completed, focus block created)
• No user identifiers, names, emails, IP addresses, or device IDs are collected
• No advertising identifiers (IDFA) are used
• No cross-app or cross-site tracking is performed

1.5 Purchase Information

In-app purchases are handled entirely by Apple through StoreKit. We do not collect or store payment information, credit card numbers, or billing details. Apple's privacy policy governs the handling of purchase data.
